25% Synthesis of the Goodall and Maathai lectures
30% Preparation for, timely arrival at, and participation in 10 scheduled course meetings and events. For each time that you are prepared for, on time for, and willing to participate in a scheduled meeting or event, 3% of your final course grade will be an "A." If you are in class but unprepared for it, your day's grade will drop by one letter grade. Ditto for being late or being unwilling to participate. For each class that you miss, 3% of your final course grade will be an "F."
