Practices of Academic Writing
Section 267, Fall 2005

Study and practice of writing processes, including critical reading, collaboration, revision, editing, and the use of technologies. Focuses on the aims, strategies, and conventions of academic prose, especially analysis and argumentation. Section 267 of WRT 105 will explore issues of language and literacy in the university and will focus on practices of critical reading and research in the Age of Information.

Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:30 - 1:50 p.m.
