Kosmik Kweschuns

Who decided to put Splenda in Diet Coke, and why? The stuff is nasty! They've figured out how to make Diet Coke taste like Diet Pepsi, only much, much worse. Fortunately, I'm finding Splenda-free versions of Diet Coke in the grocery stores. But will that happy state continue?

While Splenda is horrible, I kinda like Diet Pepsi.... :-)

Some of us prefer the Splenda stuff, y'know. I use it to make Koolaid, which, while having no nutritional value whatsoever, is less likely to rot your bones away from the inside.

Less likely than what? Than whatever it is that they use to flavor the other Cokes with?

Sorry--a bit unclear there. Koolaid is less likely than diet colas to rot your bones away. There.

"Rot your bones away": aerobil made a similar remark on her blog. Are we talking about osteo?
