From WBOY in Clarksburg, West Virginia: one miner's reaction to Governor Manchin's proposed legislation: it's only about response to disasters and not about preventing them. The privatized workmen's comp intends to pay all of his bills, but there's no indication that's routine; it may be a calculated move to keep the company from being scrutinized by the media.
