Sago/McCloy update

For all you poor souls who don't subscribe to the WBOY news feed, some updates: First, the Sago disaster was—yep, you guessed it: An act of god. Via lightning. Second, Randal McCloy will be going home in a few weeks. Not much news on him lately, which I take to mean that his progress is still slow, and the extent to which he will recover still uncertain. ABC overviews his current situation. And here's a story about the guy who's going to take the fall for the corporate malfeasance act o' god.

Cowardly and yet selfish, too. Have they proven that there was lightening in the area?

Doesn't matter whether there was or there wasn't. The reason a lightning strike would cause an explosion is that there was a methane buildup sufficient to ignite. And the reason for a methane buildup is insufficient safety procedures and mechanisms. And the reason for insufficient safety procedures and mechanisms is greed combined with a reckless indifference to workers' lives.
